Microneedling

Microneedling is a popular cosmetic procedure that uses a specialized device with tiny needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin’s surface. Also known as collagen induction therapy, microneedling stimulates the body’s natural healing response and promotes the production of collagen and elastin, two essential proteins that contribute to healthy and youthful-looking skin.

During a microneedling session, the device is gently rolled or pressed over the skin, creating numerous microscopic punctures. These tiny punctures trigger the skin’s healing process, prompting the production of new collagen and elastin fibers. The procedure also enhances the absorption of skincare products, allowing for better penetration and efficacy.

Microneedling can improve various skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and texture. It is suitable for all skin types and can be performed on different areas of the body, such as the face, neck, hands, and décolletage.

At Marion Plastic Surgery, our experienced practitioners perform microneedling using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. We prioritize your safety and comfort throughout the procedure, ensuring optimal results and a positive treatment experience.
